Mission 13.5: Successfully complete Mission mode.
Mission 20: Successfully complete Single Player mode with Rock Lee and Neiji Hyuga.
Mission 21: Successfully complete Single Player mode with Naruto Uzumaki. Alternately, successfully complete Mission 20.
Mission 22: Successfully complete Single Player mode with Sasuke Uchiha. Alternately, successfully complete Mission 21.
Mission 23: Successfully complete Single Player mode with Kakashi. Alternately, successfully complete Mission 22.
Mini-games
Play the indicated mini-game in Mini-Game mode to unlock the corresponding mini-game:
Rasengan: Play the "Shadow Clones" mini-game.
Shadow Clones: Play the "Shuriken Training" mini-game.
Survival mode
Successfully complete Single Player mode with any character to unlock Survival mode.
Two Player Survival mode
Achieve the "Jonin" rank with Neji in Time Attack mode to unlock Two Player Survival mode. Alternately, successfully complete Survival mode with at least 30 victories.
Difficulty Level 4
Successfully complete Time Attack mode in under eight minutes to unlock Difficulty Level 4.
Damage Level 4
Get the high score in Survival mode by winning over thirty consecutive matches, then complete Time Attack mode to unlock Damage Level 4.
Character voice audio
Successfully complete Time Attack mode with any character to unlock their voice audio.
